Sasha began her career in the staffing and recruiting industry over 25 years ago. Her unique approach and thorough interview process allow her to grow her database and unite top-notch candidates with clients in various fields, including healthcare, technology, aviation, telecommunications, and more. Her mission is to provide exceptional service to her clients and candidates so that, in return, they deliver outstanding healthcare to patients.

Sasha holds a master’s degree in criminology with a bachelor’s in human resource management. She enjoys music, painting, and volunteering at local animal shelters, but most of all, she enjoys having adventures with her best friend and her dog.

Mercedes began her career in healthcare as an emergency room technician over 15 years ago, and since then she has held positions in recruitment and healthcare management. Her professional experience and desire to have a positive impact on the community she is serving allow her a unique perspective with clients and candidates alike. Her mission is to help clients find the best-qualified candidates who share mutual core values.

Mercedes holds her CNA and is currently finishing her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Grand Canyon University. In her free time, Mercedes enjoys baking, reading, true crime podcasts, and traveling with her husband and three boys.
